Reinforced Satchel of Abu-Kar

For those unaware, if you purchased the LDoN expansion retail from a store you get a bag of Abu-Kar as a reward for one character on one server. It is at least upgradeable once from its original 8 slot large 25% weight reduc form to a 10 slot Giant 50% weight reduc form, where it takes the name Reinforced Satchel of Abu-Kar. My question for those farther along than me is, can this be upgraded further, and if so how?

how do you get the second stage even? need to quest something? or just talk to a NPC?

You go to everfrost, talk to someone (name starts with a K), that person will ask you about the bag. Follow the text. You will be asked to port to various other wayferer camps and deliver a note to XX person in return for items used to make the bag. Get 3 items, hand the 3 items and the bag into some halfling and boom you get the reinforced bag.

I never heard of a 2nd quest.
