Thats ridiculous. Certain types of people choose certain careers. Stripping is a CLASSIC case of a career chosen because of personal issues, not because of interests or skills. Girls who choose stripping as a career usually had esteem issues, so they are trying to make up for it by being "worshipped" by a bunch of horny lonely guys. Attractive, smart girls with confidence in their own abilities do NOT become strippers. They do something that makes them happy. No stripper I've ever talked to say she really likes stripping. Maybe as a guy, you don't hear that from them, but it's true. Plus the percentage of strippers who were sexually abused as children is alarmingly high. Its a sad business.

The same goes for the porn industry. Without going into too much, I do know a lot more than your average girl about the industry. In some ways it's better than stripping though, because the workers have more control over what they want and don't want to do and they are "working" with other "professionals."

There is plenty out there on the pschological aspects of typical sex industry workers. Sex isn't like typing or sewing or bikeriding. It inherently comes with a lot of baggage. Its not just another job.
