Actually, the one thing I don't understand is wtf poon is?

I've been searching on Alakazams and on Megalo, and I have yet to find any Poon. I can't even find where it spawns/drops/etc. Does anyone know if Poon is something from the Planes of Power? Is there a Plane of Poon? Does the Poon require you to quest for a key? Is there a spawn timer on the Poon? Does Poon have a haste effect? How do you trigger the Poon?

I'm so confused about the poon.
