Past making your own title and changing the color of your name they usually don't get spent by most people.

However if you click peoples items....you will notice a lot of people use them to cyber or something...so many chocolates and roses and such out there.

exactly why it should decrease the % increase the more VVs you have in the bank, but someone with like under 100VVs would have about 15% interest and it would go down as the VVs go up...
