This game pwnz you, especially getting with a group of friend over Roger Wilco, and stomping your opponets, until you find another group using RW, which makes for one hell of a fight.

FPS = Yes
My system specs are AMD Athlon XP 1400
512 Ram
Ge-Force 3 64

And it chugs in a couple spots, but mostly runs smooth.

i have seen OMGIAMRETARDEDCAUSEALOTISTWOWORDS of eq people using their eq names, and play with some friends, we should get an eq game going and have an all out war! Plus i want to shoot Stragi down with a Bazooka!

a bunch of us have been playing with some guys from triton after raids on minael's server
i've seriously never had more fun in a game.. i really suggest checking it out.. also heard it went gold this week

edit: we started #battlefield1942 on stratics so if you wanna play a game and we're doing so you can find out about it in there..
and i wanna crash a plane into skunki

I just read that this is due for release TOMORROW! Can someone give me a good over view of this game and try and convince me to either buy it or not to buy it.

The Swedes have planes, thats why the Danes bought some, and they were training Bagfra to fly, so he could shoot down the Swedes and then bomb Stockholm.

Picked up my copy just at lunch. Can't wait to play the full version since I can be a Soviet...I think. I want one of them cool hats with a red star on the front.

And no, I am not some commie liberal. I just never have been able to play a Soviet in any game I have played.

Well, I figured it would have been fun to play the French too but I heard their single player game lasts only 2 minutes. You see a german soldier and you go throw down you weapon.

Now the Italians, that would have been an interesting choice.
