Nope give a shit about both equally and work on both problems relative to the problem. Don't just go after the US.

When we are the only problem then we need to fix it, when the whole planet of humans are screwing things up we all need to fix it. So far the only international efforts have all required the US to go first, hampering our industry and costing us the R&D money. If all the people that believe in something PAY to fix the problem, it will not be a problem. Most people want someone ELSE to pay for what they see as a problem.

If the U.S. loves to take the initiative on many issues around the world, then we shouldnt be suprised when people target us.

That's human nature. Like the neighborhood soccer moms that picket for the new landfill to not be opened up near their neighborhood, but to someone elses....IT'S GOTTA GO SOMEWHERE, YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD IS AS GOOD AS MINE! Or the soccer moms that boycott the new wal mart opening up around the corner...they want the wal mart, they shop at the wal mart, but think they are too good to have it near their house.
