There is a MMO (well, its more like a chatroom...) called SecondLife. It's kinda neat, you can design your own clothes (IE take photoshop and make some...), objects, etc. It's not really a game though. It has a 7 day trial membership, and is kind of fun to mess around with. ;)

I made a really weird lookin guy but I dont feel like uploading it to my webspace at the moment...basically he was fat and almost naked with long white gloves on. ;)
