Please join Gamespy Arcade and Sony Online Entertainment on Friday, August 8 at 5PM PST for a live chat sessions with the creators of EverQuest. The EQ Live team will be discussing the upcoming sixth expansion to the game, The Lost Dungeons of Norrath. We’ll also be joined by best-selling fantasy author R. A. That alone will have me there. Did SoE ever let him have a toon with one of his own creations names? I remember that being an issue several years ago.

yeah i remember that...a lot of people wanted to let him have a dark elf ranger..ill try and be on that if i can..fun fun

i think they need to give the ghoul supplier in lguk a 1/1000 chance of dropping a pre-nerf guise...that would keep them low in numbers but would allow people who are in the right place at the right time or people who are just lucky to get one of the few all/all illusion items, only other ones are woodelf which takes hours of faction, AoN takes a raid or a load of plat, and the circlet of deceit from VT...it's from VT...nuff said there

Bad idea : )

If you know a shaman, you can stay in DE form using potions for about 160pp an hour. Just don't camp or zone

Well as far as the R.A. Salvatore goes.. if you talk to some of the darkelfs, they will say "i am soandso of house blahblah, 2nd house of neriak*

That to me sounds just like his fuggin' books! So im pretty sure SoE has had to go through him on some of the DE lore and ideals.
