Not as odd as Sammy Davis and Jim Henson dying on the same day in 1990.

My pick would be Jerry Lewis or maybe even Rodney Dangerfield as next to go.

Didn't see that one coming. Makes you wonder though. Hines was in incredible shape. You'd have to be in the line of work he was in. You bust your ass to stay in shape and wham, death by cancer.

It is a real shame about Gregory Hines. He was always a great person and a talented artist.
"Roman Red!" "White people don't know the value of this!"
Gregory was also an avid Jazz listener and I hear a blast to hang out with.
Sleep well, sir. You will be missed.

Hines and his flame-thrower deal with an angy car driver after their cars have a minor crash - "I see you got a nice flame job here, I'm gonna give you a little touch-up".

Dangerfield has been avoiding death for some time now if I remember rightly. Doesn't help that he's been overweight for a goodly portion of his life. But then going back to Gregory Hines, doesn't look like staying in good shape helps much either, does it?
