I completed a Will since getting married, it's not rocket science. Everything is written in legalese because it's meant, solely, to confuse the public.

In court, you have people who can twist what a will says if its not written precise and explains everything. There is no "well, it meant to say.."

Yeah, they're called other lawyers. I write precise documents daily. Lots of people do. Hundreds of thousands could if there wasn't a resident lawyer to twist it up.

Lawyers havent 'entrapped' themselves into anything. They KNOW the laaw, and every bit of the law. You would be a complete tard if you think you can do all your legal work with out help. The law changes every freaking year.

What's funny about what you said is that you just defined the very meaning of the word irony. Other lawyers make the law if you didn't know that already. Other lawyers designed the laws. Other lawyers change the law. It keeps them employed.

Can you say you met more than perhaps 1 lawyer or 2? Or are you a fan of the newspaper. Cause holy shit, the newspaper never ever is inaccurate!

Like I said, people have that opinion of lawyers because of their direct dealings w/ them at one time or another.

I have my opinion of them from having to work countless hours w/ them and seeing former superiors from multiple industries having to spend countless hours w/ them. You have your opinion because your dad is one and his partners seemed like nice guys because they called you "squirt" at their company picnics.
