As i told Laliana, the reason i've been posting so much these days is that i'm recuperating from some injuries, which give me a lot of time to do nothing actually!

No training, no partying etc

I'm soon back to 100 % though and ready to kick booty again!

So ya better watch out LEGZ!

All K-1 fans and MMA fans have seen this new anomaly called Bob Sapp which is the coloured gentleman pointing his finger at you in the poster!

The reason he has become so popular is that he is around 6'4" and weighs in around 300!

He is not fat either! Pure muscle!

But what he has in strength he lacks in technique since it's an american football player that has gone over to Martial Arts!

Anyways, he gained huge popularity in Japan especially after beating Ernesto "Mr.Perfect" Hoost twice!

Then we have the comeback of Rick Roufus, the old kickboxing legend and the Sanshou Phenomenon Cung Le!

Those three fights are the ones i look forward to the most.

oh, i think i remember watching half of that mma tournament fight thing on ppv, i tryed to tape it off but the vcr messed up..6 4 and 300? eep ..how much are you weighing in at now kwon?? when should i expect to see you fighting with these guys?:)

Hehe since i dont abuse the "Jungle Juice" i will never reach that weightclass Abe!

To Fight Sakuraba or Genki Sudo and Hayato Sakurai would be more interesting for me though!

I think Sakuraba weighs in at 187 lbs.

Surely it is a great goal to reach for, but the clock keeps tickin' !
