Seems the changed the priority of some of the things they consider. Both US and Canda moved down the list. I think the UN shows bias to cold countries, look at the top 3, hehe.

Third time Norway tops, second year in a row now. It is based on education, length of life and.. erh can't remember the third thing.

think of what the top countries have in common.

Low population density.
Racially homogeneous.
nobody else wants to fucking live there so no military tensions, etc
