Good Luck Guys and Glad to see CT still kicking around
I logged into EQ1 the other night (business trip so I had internet in the hotel) and saw that no characters still guilded in CT had logged in recently. Well, it looked like over a year actually other than myself. It was very sad. Even seeing FoH gone was kinda sad as well as PE. I would love to join...

Whats the point?
Maybe a dumb question but as someone who's never lived where is snows much or any, what is the point of shoveling? snowblowing? etc? Why not just stay the heck inside and let it melt? Everything closes here when it does snow more than an inch so where is there to go? It's usually melted in a day or ...

Trust me, I know how that self employment tax will bite you on the ass. Second half of 2002 and first half of 2003 I was self employed and just thought, well since I work for myself I don't have to pay into social security until I actually sat down and started doing my return. I got to the SE form, ...

Are we talking just federal income tax here? Because, looking at my 1040 and the tax charts there is no way most people paid more. I made more last year and my tax is actually less than it was the previous year by a very small amount but still less. The personal exemption is larger and the charts ar...

Sorry you feel that way Xzion, but after talking to a former co-worker from Spain I stand by the statement. He pretty directly said he was ashamed of this election. But I suppose since he's working towards US citizenship, and he supported invading Iraq, then his opinion means jack shit to most who p...

Last reply was to Kyoukan. To Voronwe: If Kerry gets in the white house he'll use the first tiny excuse he finds to pull out of not only Iraq but Afghanistan as well. Or, he'll do it quietly after declaring some fake finality and in 10 years they'll both be bigger hell holes than they ever were and ...

Your statement is pure blind hatred of Bush and his policies. I have a million things myself I'm pissed at Bush about as well and given the option there are many people I'd choose to vote for over him if I could. I'd vote Clinton back over Bush, I'd vote Lieberman over Bush, I'd vote John McCain ove...

This poll means jack shit at this time. We've got 24/7 news channel coverage showing these fools blasting Bush with only occasional breaks to update us on another fool Michael Jackson. How can anyone even attempt to have a positive thought about Bush, the economy, or Iraq with all this bullshit bein...

Just a note: The dollar is not officially backed by gold anymore as it once was. I believe Nixon nixed that. I'm not positive but I'm pretty sure no major world currency is. I read something about the Europeans wanting to tie the Euro to gold but as far as I know it hasn't happened. As an employee o...
