When I brought that up in a thread here, you ignorant fucks were trying to say that it was the Canadian soldiers fault eventhough they were in a designated area and had informed the US command that a live fire excercise was going to be taking place at the specified time.
The pilots involved were charged with 4 counts of manslaughter, 8 counts of assault and dereliction of duty.
The stupid fuckers aren't even going to be court martialed despite the fact that there is sufficient evidence to support a martial.
The US pilots were told TWICE not to drop a bomb. ummm as I do agree it was a tragic accident the key word here was accident not to even mention that the control tower crew (which was Canadian) was also at fault.
Doesn't matter what country it is or why, being disrespectful of a country's flag and anthem is just poor taste.
