It's like the Internet, but less proper.

problems with Level3, Cogent, Sprint, Verizon, and XO (whoever that is) though not as severe.

I'd guess there was an outage somewhere in the backbone.

Things have seemed a bit sluggish for me even up here in the great white north. Could be localized to my company or something, though.

It's almost completely cleared up now. (SBC is completely fixed. some of the others I listed are getting better all the time)

I use AT&T (formerly SBC) and was having all sorts of issues this morning. Things were working fairly well a few hours ago. I guess that explains things!

It was fucked most of the day here too, seems to be mostly better now.

Was very odd, we could hit like half of our customers HTTP services at work, and the other half just timed out...even though they're all on the same server (and there was nothing wrong with the server).

Just another reason that internet thing will never catch on.

All I can imagine is that latest South Park episode becoming reality now
