Ab Help

I've been working out roughly 5 times a week for a month and a half now. I can notice differences in my body except the lower abs. I'm starting to form a 4 pack on the top but can't get anything on the lower abs. Looking for a couple workouts that focus mainly on them. Any help pls? :)

Leg raises. It's all about leg raises and torqueing it as variety(twisting your hips left, then right, on subsequent lifts while bending the knees). You should also do crunches and not situps.
