The player being pushed out of the end zone was a non-issue. Give em the two points, who cares.
What was an issue, and was pointed out by Madden, is that bounds calls are not subject to challenge. Apparently the referees weren't aware of this and allowed a challenge anyway.
What surprised me was the atrocious use of timeouts by Oakland in the second half. Wasting a timeout on a possible two points was stupid. Burning your remaining two in less than a minute was even dumber.
The Raiders challenged that he landed in bounds, not that he was shoved out. Basically they were just hoping that he managed to get two feet down before he was pushed out.
