Crawfish on Pizza? Is that legal? When I was in Japan they put corn on the pizza's. That didn't bother me so much as it did others for some reason.

Endouille is sausage with crawfish, venison and/or pork + other goodies, boiled in beer then grilled/smoked/whatever.
Good homemade endouille will give you a chubby. Friend of mine makes a big batch every year
