Its to prevent money laundering by drug dealers and such.. a bank in New York was just fined 4 MILLION dollars for breaking these rules.. as well as had a boatload of its "customers" busted for drug dealing and money laundering.. You have to admit depositing 10k in cash is rather suspicious.. most people don't carry around that kind of cash.. i mean where did you get it from in the first place..
Why wouldn't whoever was "paying" you as an individual 10k or more do it as a wire transfer or a cashiers check and instead just carry it around in cash to give to you.. doesn't really make any sense.. in todays world of banking and electronic transfers i really don't see a need for someone to be carrying around that kind of cash.

1. Getting off an airplane. I mean, what the FUCK is wrong with people? I've never been on a plane that has taken less than 30 minutes to exit once it's come to a complete stop. It's as if peoples' collective IQ drops to 0 when they're confronted with so impossible a task as getting their fucking bags out of the overhead compartments, and stepping the fuck off the aircraft. Instead, they find it necessary to stand around like idiots for the requisite half-hour before they get a move on. Jesus, I hate this.
2. Slow drivers. These people assume, quite arrogantly, that the whole world has nowhere to go and nothing to do, simply because they do. I don't care how leisurely your lifestyle may be; you do NOT drive 10 mph in a 40 mph speed limit zone when you're in front of me. Similarly, if you're doing 40 on a freeway whose speed limit is 65, you should not have a license. It's that simple.
3. Two slow drivers who team up to block the lanes and create traffic. You know the drill: you're on a two-lane street, and two knuckleheads in either lane drive next to each other, doing 5 to 10 mph each. You can't weave around them, so you're forced to sit there and claw out your hair in frustration. This is even worse when the two idiots actually ARE in collusion -- i.e., two retards who've decided that a busy street is the best place in the world to roll down their windows and chat with one another. People who do this make me yearn for a nuclear apocalypse.
4. Babies. Babies are the spawn of Satan. I hate them in movie theaters. I hate them on planes. I hate them on subways, busses, trains, or any other crowded place. I hate them with green eggs and ham. I hate them, I hate them, Sam I Am.

God forbid someone under 18 wins $10 on a scratcher; the very fabric of the space-time continuum might rupture.
6. John Mayer. He's cute. Big fucking deal. He has no musical talent, he sucks, and people think he's the Second Coming. I've even heard him compared to Bob Dylan. The real Bob Dylan should kick the living shit out of this no-talent prettyboy, kill him, then get wasted on cheap whisky and piss 90 proof alcohol over his grave.
7. Dave Matthews. A bald, fat fuck with no talent whatsoever. Also treated as if he were Jesus. He's like John Mayer, only freakishly ugly.
8. Middle-aged people who attempt to use slang. "It's ok kids, I'm quote-unquote 'cool'!" Give me a break. It sounds painful every time my mom (or someone her age) uses words like "cool," "phat" (shudder), or the worst by far, "dude." I also love how they pause for emphasis when saying these words. "Hi....dudes!" Show the world just how white you are by doing this.
9. Bicyclists who use the sidewalk. This is more of a problem in my college town than back home, but it's annoying as hell nonetheless. If you're gay enough to ride a bike, stay the fuck on the street where you belong. No, I don't much care for you zooming out of nowhere and nearly missing me by flying by on the sidewalk. Nor do I appreciate your bulky bike blocking me from moving around your slow-peddling ass when you're in front of me. I've actually been hit before by some moron who was riding down a hill and didn't know how to stop his bike. I was standing at a crosswalk at the time, waiting for the 'walk' sign. It's not as though he didn't have plenty of time to see and/or avoid me. Idiot.

6. John Mayer. He's cute. Big fucking deal. He has no musical talent, he sucks, and people think he's the Second Coming. I've even heard him compared to Bob Dylan. The real Bob Dylan should kick the living shit out of this no-talent prettyboy, kill him, then get wasted on cheap whisky and piss 90 proof alcohol over his grave.
7. Dave Matthews. A bald, fat fuck with no talent whatsoever. Also treated as if he were Jesus. He's like John Mayer, only freakishly ugly.
8. Middle-aged people who attempt to use slang. "It's ok kids, I'm quote-unquote 'cool'!" Give me a break. It sounds painful every time my mom (or someone her age) uses words like "cool," "phat" (shudder), or the worst by far, "dude." I also love how they pause for emphasis when saying these words. "Hi....dudes!" Show the world just how white you are by doing this.
9. Bicyclists who use the sidewalk. This is more of a problem in my college town than back home, but it's annoying as hell nonetheless. If you're gay enough to ride a bike, stay the fuck on the street where you belong. No, I don't much care for you zooming out of nowhere and nearly missing me by flying by on the sidewalk. Nor do I appreciate your bulky bike blocking me from moving around your slow-peddling ass when you're in front of me. I've actually been hit before by some moron who was riding down a hill and didn't know how to stop his bike. I was standing at a crosswalk at the time, waiting for the 'walk' sign. It's not as though he didn't have plenty of time to see and/or avoid me. Idiot.
10. Holier-than-thou Christians. I'm Catholic and I don't attend Church regularly. Sue me. No, seriously, go ahead and try. I'd love to take your sorry, Jesus-loving ass to court and tear you to pieces. I also love those legions of assholes who think quoting the Bible 'wins' an argument. Earth to dickheads: forcing your beliefs on others is the epitome of all that Jesus hated. If Jesus came back tomorrow, he'd kick your asses six ways to Sunday School.
