Here's some info:

The trick here is to only indent paragraphs that follow other paragraphs. The first paragaph of a page doesn't need to be indented, and neither do paragraphs that follow a diagram, a heading or something else that is offset from the text.

Paragraphing developed alongside punctuation, and was another way of
making life easier for the reader. In the Middle Ages a new paragraph
was signalled by a punctuation mark called a pilcrow. By the 17th
century it was common to start paragraphs on a fresh line and indent
them.

The word "paragraph" goes back to the ancient Greek "paragraphos"
which meant a line separating two sections of text or two speakers in
a play.

Using blocked paragraphs is acceptable when leaving a line space between paragraphs. If you're going to indent, don't leave an extra line between paragraphs.

All I am saying is that under current MLA rule which I learned to write by for formal and informal reports, if it is not indented, it is wrong. Seriously, who the fuck cares if the Greeks did not indent in their plays. They males of Sparta also slept with young boys to prove their masculinity. The most challenging aspect of the second paragraph is the piss poor flow. It was difficult to maintain the basic construction of your dribble, yet achieve some semblance of appropriate grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

To be honest, I don't know which is worse, the fact that you appear literate enough to be able to construct grammatically correct sentences and choose not to, or that you are making an ass of yourself on another server's boards and keep coming back for more.

i don't play EQ anymore, so what my server or this server thinks of me is irrelevant. Also, i am very literate but i get lazy while not typing formal-style papers or essays so i tend to dwindle away from MLA style that yaksa was speaking of, however, that doesn't change the fact of what i can do in real life when i care about looking good.
