That's like killing someone who says, "give me liberty or give me death". They don't really mean it. It just sounds good. Cart was threatened with a ban for doing exactly what others have done in the past without receiving so much as a slap on the hand.

The process blew right past any sort of attempt at rehabilitation and went straight for the death penalty. Weak move considering a temp ban wasn't even considered for something that the person doing the banning along with others had also done themselves.

Back in the day when it was relevant they really did mean it. Now we have liberty. God bless America! And George Bush too. But that would be like him blessing himself and I'm not sure that's really kosher.

But feel free for your band of merry men to keep going on and on about something that won't change. However I have a solution: Go start your own message board and run it how you want. I did a bit of checking and http://www.ILikeToCryAboutPointlessShit.com is still free.

I''ll be in PA for a week in June for a family reunion (both sides are from there). I need to get warmed up so I can make fun of my relatives for not moving out West. Easton is the little town where I'll be, near Allentown. I'll be in Philly for Cheesesteaks at least one of those days. I'll have to wear a Nash jersey or something!

That has been, and continues to be, the lamest argument in this entire debate.

If he was banned for being a tool, fine. If he was banned for breaking a rule, fine. If he was banned because a bunch of you just didn't like him and finely got the trigger pulled, fine. This "he asked to be banned" is weak, and even those of you that know it continue to use it as a way of making fun of the "unban Cart" crowd just proves the point he was trying to make all along.

Does he really have more inane and worthless posts than Aslanna?

Last month of posts incoming....
Your point being? My point being is he said he's "stating facts". Which he most certainly isn't
It looks to me like you're more stating your opinions. Which may or may not be based on facts.
Stop responding to him. It will accomplish the same thing.

M&Ms FTW.
Yet they are sufficient to prove ones identity to actually, you know, get a picture ID in the first place? How exactly, and by whom, have they been proven insufficient?
Holy shit I wish I could move out of Indiana. Oh wait.. This is where my job is. And nobody else is hiring. And I recently signed a year lease. Oh darn guess I'm stuck here.
Ooo sick burn!

Don't you have someone you should be spitting on in the parking lot, white trash?

Haha ZING@!
Again, you're barking up the wrong tree. While I found your initial post a bit on the fanatical side I had no problem accepting it as the ravings of a lunatic so I didn't bother to respond. Basically the same reaction I have to just about any post made by Midntye. The only issue I had was with your followup post.
Does this mean you're going to take a page out of Funk's playbook and stop posting here?

Oh wait.. He still posts here doesn't he? Thanks for getting my hopes up for nothing.
http://www.infoplease.com/ipa/A0762156.html for starters. That one is easily researchable.
So you can tell the future now? Awesome. What's the powerball numbers for this week?
Perhaps because there are other ways to prove who you are that don't require a picture ID? omg shocker! Once again you make a totally idiotic statement without framing it in the proper context of the article quoted.

Having said that I don't think it's a huge burden on the individual as long as the state implementing such a rule also provides a way to go about getting a photo identification that doesn't cost the voter anything.

Besides which voting fraud at the polls isn't what you have to be worried about. It's on the backend when full electronic voting gets put into place.
The same ones people have used for decades?
Yet they are sufficient to prove ones identity to actually, you know, get a picture ID in the first place? How exactly, and by whom, have they been proven insufficient?
Wow I hadn't thought about Cartalas since.. the last thread to unban him was created. You reap what you sow!
Original thread

The 'unban' him thread

Happy reading.
Also. if you'd note, he had posted that without knowing any of the details. I'd be curious to know his opinion on the matter now.

Original post for those who forget:
And you're a worthless troll whose opinion means nothing to me. Fuck off and die in a Care Bears avalanche.

And, as stated, "the just kill me" analogy is totally retarded. Which I guess it why it makes sense to you.

omg HE WAS THREATENED into asking to be be banned WHY DONT YOU PEOPLE SEE THAT?/
I think the key phrase in that paragraph being "constantly and remorselessly".

And seriously... Why the hell are we even having this discussion again.
What's hilarious is that peple are so starved for drama they'll have the same pointless debate... for the third fucking time.

True. But I meant this is the third 'major' thread specifically about it. The other two already linked above.
Yeah, thanks. It is getting pretty late. Time to go to bed and catch some sound sleep.

You're just too much of a dummy to understand the difference between some random "hirrific things" and a continual pattern that went on for years. However if you want to ponder it some more go ahead. We'll wait.
Good to see common sense still prevails and everything is right in the world.

Tell him Asslanna says hi!
I don't remember it being 6 months. However, even if so, here's another fact you may have overlooked: 5 years > 6 months
If you actually think I care about having your respect you're dead wrong. You sure as fuck don't have mine and there's nothing that even needs to be justified.

Point is he's banned. Whether you agree or not anymore pointless whining isn't going to change that. But if you want to go at it knock yourself out. It just makes your little group of cartalas-as-martyr look like bigger morons than (most of) you already are.

Oh and I'm fairly certain calling someone a pederast was never againt any sort of rule here.
And I don't think anyone said that, either. What are you so dumb? Arguing something that nobody even said.

Oh I should huh? Well that's not going to happen so deal with that too. Unless you whine a little more then maybe I will consider it.

Regardless he asked to be banned and got his wish. Heehee!
mnk!
And let's not forget he asked to be banned. Teehee!
And yet you keep coming here day after day. What a tool.

I guess he shouldn't have asked to be banned then. lolz!
To clarify, and I don't know if that post was directed at me, but I know I'm being a broken record because they keep beating the same dead horse about the banning of that Cartalas retard. So instead of finding new ways to rephrase the exact same thing I figure this is the easiest (and most direct) way to respond. Maybe one day they'll figure out that hey.. he brought it on himself.
People like to argue the same useless shit over and over again.

Perhaps you should ask to be banned like Cartalas did. Then you wont be tempted to come back and post and you can have a dozen threads devoted to having you unbanned!
Funk never follows through on anything he says. He's left/stopped posting more times than I can count. Yet he always seems to manage his way back. Talk about a fucking coward...
Just checking this thread to see if any new shit has come to light... It doesn't appear so. Perhaps if Cartalas were here he'd have something to add. Too bad he asked to be banned. Haha!
Cartalas may be gone.. But his spirit lives on in Midnyte and Funk. God bless those two little angels!
In my last post I meant Fash and Funk. Not Mid and Funk. Although I'm sure Mid will chime in with a similar comment anytime now so may as well include him anyway and get it over with.

I like Jim's the best (South and 4th? It's been awhile since I have been the one driving). 9th And Passyunk is a pretty cool place, with the Pat's across the street (Geno's > Pat's imo)

Wait till you see the two of them... Both places could have a line almost 24/7 and they're so different. Geno's invests a lot of money into it's building and overall image... Check out all the photos and stuff on the tables. They are serious about 3 things: cheesesteaks, speaking english, and honoring fallen police officers.

I've had both Pat's and Geno's on the same day at least twice, and Geno's several more times. Geno's just tastes better, and is more consistent (meat/cheese/onions) throughout the sub.

All you need to say is "Whiz with"

Look for a different local beer... Steg 150, from Stegmaier. This Lager is far superior to Yuenglings.

<qty> <type of cheese (whiz, american, provolone)> <with or without (onion)>

The whole process of you ordering, paying, and getting the cheesesteak will take about 10 seconds. By the way it's $7.50 have it ready, j/k it's not that nazi.

I ordered the american cheese one, was not pleased.. whiz ftw!

I like Cart just fine and all, but it's really not appropriate talking about cheesesteak in the same thread...

If you ask me it's the only useful content in the thread so far.

Yahoo News wrote:Ever since the first observations of these powerful jets, which are among the brightest objects seen in the universe, astronomers have wondered what causes the particles to accelerate to such great speeds. A leading hypothesis suggested the black hole's gigantic mass distorts space and time around it, twisting magnetic field lines into a coil that propels material outward.

Now researchers have observed a jet during a period of extreme outburst and found evidence that streams of particles wind a corkscrew path away from the black hole, as the leading hypothesis predicts.
Check that out, scientists made a prediction based on the best data they had available, and it turns out to be true! Scientists are so smart.

P.S. I love cheesesteaks.

In Cart's honor, of course.
