This is a pretty good thread. Even if I hated every person in CT, Leigon, and Ixtlan (these guilds are filled with some of my favorite ppl. on the server), I would not diss the CLIT. Simply because it is called CLIT. One must learn respect for the little man in the boat.
Don't blame me if you see my old characters acting like asses.

Legs phrased it quite well.. I was the poor sap who ended up tanking Zland for a few minutes after your third wipe when Zland came running (right behind some RoW members) towards our main raid group while a cleric camped.. waiting paitently in the hall past the lake and a little bit behind you, as to not interfere with your pull.

I don't have much to farm, er I mean add...
Fifty million years ago, shit stank. Nowadays, shit still stinks. CT will always be a bunch of hack losers with no clue.
And in fity million years from now Kyoukan will still be a fucking dumbass. Perhaps an even bigger one if that were possible. But I don't think it is.
Personally i think bringing more then 70 and around 10 clrs or so is just mind boggling. It's when you do shit with less you appreciate the game more and learn to play together better and also feel more proud when said mob die.
If it weren't for lame trigger mobs perhaps I'd agree it's probably more fun to try something with less people then before. Then you can try a few times and if you don't get your strategy down you can leave and someone else can have a shot. However, AoW is only up for an hour. It'd rather make sure I had enough clerics or whatever than blow a mob for ourselves and other guilds out there. One shot every 4.5 days is not a lot of time for 'testing out' things in my opinion.

There's not many mobs around that we'd assemble that many for and that's mainly due to our lack of experience with him. I really can't think of any raid recently (other than Arch Lich) that we've had more than 60 for. Average max number seems to be around 53 CT at any large raid. Usually it's closer to 45 though. Whoa, Zerg ahoy!

Speaking of sucking, is there anything more fun than sucking on a nice pair of nipples? Seriously. Frankly tho, I think women should have 3 nipples, so I don't have one hand bored. No more than that, or i'm going to break my jaw trying to keep up with things.

The big difference here is.....CoE has talked an awful lot of shit recently to us and others. Let me ask you....what was the last kill you can claim without help? Trakanon? Veeshans Peak? There is a difference in co-raiding and being dependent on others to make you worth a fuck as a guild. You guys crossed that a long time ago.

Kilmoll is just one of those old-school CT losers who has always had a problem with CoE.
Ever since the first CT cazic kill (with 80ish wasn't it?) CoE has been right behind them. CT had hardly finished bragging about their mighty Cazic kill when CoE+OG+Council+probly others (omg co-raiding even back then!!!) took him out with 40 a week later. Since that day the pattern remained the same. CT kill something, brag their asses off for a few weeks and CoE+co quietly kill the same thing shortly afterward. This led to bad feeling specially with the Pox and from then on a tense state of affairs prevailed and brought all those 'fun classic' CT moments (training, steamrolling trak etc blah) and this was the way of things for maybe 2 years.
Then eventually CoE team up with CD and the relationship is synergistic, causing the old guard of CT to get VERY bent out of shape. Anyway, yadda yadda the rest is history (I tanked MechaTormax btw, I know of what I speak ;p) I won't bore you all again.

So there you go newbs. CT will always suck shitty cock while people like Kilmoll infest the server and anyone raiding with them just gets covered in the same stank, new management or no.

"Kilmoll is just one of those old-school CT losers who has always had a problem with CoE."

Listen here you fuckstick, I don't know what rock you fucking crawled out from under, but you have not even the most remote clue as to what you speak. Anyone with mush for a brain could tell you that if ANYONE ever stood up for guilds like CoE and PD against Xanupox that it was me. I actually deguilded with no intentions of coming back after the Trakanon incident. Straightening out the CT reputation was the only reason I did rejoin later.

What DOES piss me off is morons like you that conveniently forget shit like that and try to throw things in my face. You want the low down shit on why I can't stand you fucks? Here you go....in no particular order.

1) You could not kill anything in North ToV at ALL until someone killed Aaryonar for you. It took CD teaching you how to kill him to be able to do it. The day you fuckers tried to pop Vulak out from under us when we did the hard work was just the beginning.

2) Whining about us training you after you wiped out to said Vulak. We wiped you out by pulling the fucking dragon that you should not have even been there for.

3) Intentionally training Sontalak on us 5 times while we buffed fr him. Don't even give me bullshit excuses because I know for a fucking fact that a certain person trained us 3 times after training and gating back out to do it again.

4) Steamrolls. Let me tell you that after all the bullshit I had to put up with from hearing about us doing it and doing my damndest to stop it, you ass clowns take it to new levels.

5) Shit talking extraordinaire. I just love hearing from people with inside info how much you imbeciles talk about us being skillless, clueless, etc etc. This coming from the people that could not come up with their own strategies for anything after Kunark? Jesus h Christ.

When you don't have strategies handed to you by a turncoat, you come back and talk to me. Until then, you are still the same group of idiots that can't think for yourselves. Oh...and have a nice day.

Okay Kyoukans wierdness has gone on long enough, you all think she has some glorious reason for hating CT, well the truth, now that is a bit more straightforward.

I was sitting in NFP one day, drinking summoned booze, and shooting the breeze with people. I saw Xanupox walk up, and he sat down, I handed him some booze, we argued on topics ranging from the existence of black holes at the center of each Universe or if Senani's butt was finer as a human or an inkie. Up came some low end player named Kyoukan, and started begging for pp. Then seeing our guildtag she starts begging to join CT.

Xan looked thoughtful and said, "Sure on one of three conditions, go PL a Ogre Warrior to 60, go make a 60 cleric, or blow me." Kyoukan responded, "I cannot be a cleric, all those spell things confuse me, I tried an Ogre and got confused in Feerot, and I would do the third for anyone that asks." She then got down on her knees, after a few minutes Xan said, "You are rotten at this" and we gated out to go Steamroll some newbies for Emperor Crush.

Since then the unended anti-CT diatribe has continued on a daily basis, it seems from thread after thread Kyoukan has no reason for being other than hating CT.

Tancred:

Your memory is a little lacking.

After we killed Cazic for the first time, we got a few more kills, FoH got a few kills, we worked out a rotation with FoH, someone fucked up the rotation, we had a few clusterfuck kills, and THEN you killed him.

This is provided we're talking about upgraded Cazic.

The span of time provided here is at least three weeks, and probably more like a month and a half.

I'm not sure if time has faded your memory or if you're intentionally making things up, but some of us remember. Your worthless hyperbole is unneccesary.

I sort have sat quietly on this whole matter, as I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with the CLIT. /salute Legion and Ixtlan. Class acts, top notch people.

This thread, it seems, has degenerated into "CT vs CoED", or as Destinae has been repeatedly trying to point out, "CLIT" vs "Circle Of Veeshan" -- a reference to the time some CT's openly flamed CoE/CD/PD for teaming up against us and to the subsequent perceived irony/hypocracy of the situation now that CT raided with other people.

Boy that was a long sentence.

I will admit I was one of the people who first openly said "Circle of Veeshan" on EQ Vault, as a cynical dig at the 3-way alliance of some accomplished Veeshan guilds. Kilmoll pretty much summed up our issues with Circle of Veeshan, so I won't delve too deep into it. CT was at the point where we could clear NTOV and Vulak without assistance. We'd show up with a *break in* group of say 25 people and try to lay claim (for any given uber mob or zone) until more CTs got on ... but when 3 guilds would show up combined with 2-3x our numbers and roll right past us, while we were forming .. well that left a sour taste in my mouth. It's not dirty pool, or anything, just sorta pissed me off. Easier for 3 guilds to be there in force, say, than 1. Especially at weird ntov hours. Plus all the other stuff Kilmoll mentioned which was kinda dirty pool.

CT has lost many people over the last year, to RL and other endeavors. Good luck and best wishes to them all. AoW was the only pre-luclin mob we hadn't killed. We could have recruited and subsquently had to outfit and train (teach) more players to bring our roster up (we were at 67 total, at one point) or we could forge a relationship with some already well-accomplished experieced players. As Thess mentioned, we went with option B.

I don't speak for the guild. My thoughts are my own. So now that I am done, command everyone to be happy and let this thread end. :)

I thought that CoE actually killed Cazic 1.0 before CT did. I could be mistaken, but I know that either way it was close.

Regardless of who got that kill first, I certainly wouldn't say you were right on our asses from then on out. Not that I have a problem with CoE- I liked most of the guild. But during Kunark and into Velious, we were well ahead of you. When I quit the game, the gap was just starting to close, and I'm not certain what the situation is like now.

The purpose of this post is not to dig up old problems or arguments, but to dispute Tancreds angry babbling.

It's quite simple. The more the CoE/CD alliances acomplishes the more CT will compete and find every little thing we do wrong.

I find it completly understandable that many CT people hate seeing us succeed.

You guys were ahead of CoE and CD a long time. Killing things before us and such. Now the tables have turned. We are killing things before CT does. Regardless of our super duper cheating mega zerging , non skilled, strategy stealing , hold my hand CD members, apostate be our king/hero/emperor ways

CT no longer can say "We killed this before "insert guild here" " , so what's left?

CT saying stuff like. We killed this mob alone. We did it with our own strategies. We rather not do alliances for EVERY single mob, only big mobs.

So let's say CoE got rid of EVERY thing that CT says we do wrong. Would you guys leave us alone and give us credit that we are a good guild? No! Why? Because we are your competition now. Which is a good thing because it makes us both want to strive and achieve more.

As a side note. Many CT members are "mature" and great people. I get along with many. Heck I even congratulated Thess on your first AoW kill and I was honest about it. However , when you have a few loud mouths representing you..... well ...... good luck :)

Nice entangled thread, think everyone is taking a jab at everyone. :)

Due to the extreme vocal minority(?) of CT it has been tempting to take some stab at the hypocracy Clit represents to them, however I am sure not everyone share the same sentiments and I am glad they enjoy the partnership. CoE/CD (do I have to call it Coed?) sure did.

The double standards expressed previously are pretty obvious to all and doesnt deserve much futher explanation. I find it amusing that the same people who has raged publically over the number of people we bring for AoW have been forced to kill him with an equal/larger force, I also find it amusing that the same people who avidly expressed why co-working with other guilds derive yourself of any personal accomplishments in full public have shown their hypocracy. First its: Its wrong to co-work :), now its: It's wrong to co-work fully. Soon it will be: its wrong to co-work unless its a full moon ;) Just get it out in the open and say it as it is: Its wrong to do it any other way than you do, no matter how much you revise it :)

To those who didnt share in those embarrasments, I hope you find as much enjoyment as we did from an alliance ;)

Tanc: Just a minor correction, the first non-FoH kill went to Blood Reign ;) We capered in the third and CT the fourth (shortly after ours).

Gung: While I do understand your past frustration of "The Circle of Veeshan" mobilizing faster Ntov, honestly it was exactly that purpose :( We rather forget our differences at that point and co-work. This is past history, but should you wish I will be happy to recount the events that lead up to this in a forum less crowded by various issues.

Killmoll: Admit it man, your a flaming hypocrite. Hate us all you want, but dont embarrass yourself by attempting to create justifications your able to change on the dime. Insult me and my guild all you want, but don't insult our intelligence.

I could create a huge pile of past grievances and post them below. I could point how: You cheesing past Aary lost you any right to even evaluate how our Arry kill went, or refresh you that we were there for Vyemm not Vulak when you decided to abuse your ability to chainwipe us despite both leadership reaching an understanding prior, the amount of steamrolls, broken deals, generally unhonorable conduct (Xan dispelling our slow on Lcea Katta and having mobs trained on us while fighting her, with the express purpose of moving you guys in over our corpses), (Bratly's Mecha-Tormax). Or mention the fact that you've personally been part of or instigated every hostile Coe/CD thread on this board, so dont talk about talking shit. :) Killmoll you hate our guts, we hate you. Lets leave it at that.

However most of this is in the past. Xanupox isnt leading the guild, and the current CT leaders seem possessed of a fairly larger amount of integrity (not that it takes much, no stab at Zairus/Thess), and hopefully such incidents can be avoided in the future. Mutual great pains have hopefully been put forward to that.
