I wouldn't necessarily be so quick to jump on Cartalas for his post... While it does ride the razor's edge of the RL info restriction that the board has, many people, including myself have hinted or even outright demanded specific proof, whether jokingly or not, and he may or may not be providing some sembilance of that proof here. I certainly don't take any of it as biblical proof of anything, and honestly, after this I'll probably bow out of this post as Kwon and Ducru's posts both struck a chord with me... I'm just growing tired of people basing 100% of their responses to people's posts based on stereotypes of that person (Cartalas, Atokal, Brotha, Xzion) and not for the content of the individual post. Personally, I can't stand Kyoukan, but I have agreed to and enjoyed several of her posts.

I will agree with you here Pah. He's treading a fine line, but given that the neighbors in my immediate vicinity here in Calabasas, or 8ish years ago in Irvine have nothing at all to do with the question at hand (basing this on never having known a neighbor who played EQ much less EQ on Veeshan), I think he can STFU and admit that like Atokal, he has some interesting allegations with not a thing to substantiate them.

Just back from a cruise and boy are my legs tired.

About the Skateboarder video. So much talking.

No talking. If you confront, especially after an action has taken place (girlfriend touched, assaulted etc) then you approach and be the first to become physical.

I'm almost always outnumbered when involved in a bar confrontation, but you must be quick and certain of your actions before you approach.

Two things:
One: I persoanlly would have kept walking from the situation. It was a no win situation. nothing to gain there, everything to lose. I've walked from similar experiences in my life and have all my teeth.

Two: If I had any friends, sorta friends or even a girlfriend that was in the vacinity and watched that happen to me without interveining would not be my friend afterward.
Had a barfight happen in 1998 where two friends of a combatant stood and watched their friend get beaten to death, yes, to death, because they did not wish to get involved. Unacceptable.
