My thoughts, for what its worth.

Avryce from the logs clearly engaged first, by about 8 seconds.

Hackins and Avryce were clearly both sitting at the spawn point.

This is reasonably consistant with Hackin's holding a belief that he and Avryce had equal rights to the kill.

Hackins lied to Avryce, as he did loot the map peice (his druid friend apparently looted the rest). While I would not personally have lied about looting something I felt entiled to, I don't see lying to Avryce as all that bad in itself.

After seeing the logs that make it clear that Avryce engaged first, I think Hackins should MQ the map part and the Druid should give the shield up (and whatever gimp loot he took from Lodi), as first to engage is the rule for spawns of this sort.

I am not sure if I would deguild Hackins over this, but that is no longer a concern, as, whether related to this incident or not, he was a recruit who recieved at least one veto. I have not been on the last couple of days, but if he is currently tagged, he won't be shortly.

The person who is clearly a wrong doer was the GoV chanter mentioned above, who wandered on to the scean and mem-blurred Lodizal. That person was no where near the place when Lodi spawned and was clearly trying to KS. (His story is that he mem-blured because after innocently wandering by, he saw Lodizal at 20% and decided to nuke him once. The Chanter used the infamous super-taunt nuke that cuases most mobs about to enrage to instantly turn on the nuker after one nuke.) The chanter is clearly lying and drew agro because he mem-blured and followed it up with a nuke. If that idiot had not tried to KS, this would all be a non-issue. /shrug.

In short -

1. Avryce and friends in the right.

2. Hackins and druid friend probably in the wrong.

3. GoV Chanter a big ass.

4. Lodizal still a gimp.

Map piece can't be MQed.

Well I said I wouldn't post here until I had an update. GM Z something (I could check my log but f it why bother, happened sometime last week at any rate). Claims they can't check server logs even with exact time of pops etc or see who got kill.

My two e-mail's to a GM resulted in nothing, not even a response. I feel that Aaeamdar helped as much as he could I can only hope the vote came up short due to people seeing this.

I would like to thank Aaeamdar for reviewing what I provided him and for his help in the situation. I can't speak for other people's dealings but he at least is fair as was described.

Once again someone in the wrong gets off with barely a slap on the wrist but I hope people recognize the behaviors displayed by them (Hackins/Hippee) and for your own sake be wary in your dealings.

/bow hope you guys enjoyed the drama hopefully I won't be involved or bringing anything like this here again.

I say as well Aaeamdar did do a good job, and at no time of my criticizing of Hackins/Hippee was I trying to bring PE into it. He happened to have been guilded PE and I didnt know if I was getting the run around or not so I sorta jumped all over it like stink on shit.

At any rate Thank You Aaeamdar and I hope any other dealings we may have will be under more pleasant circumstances.

Last thing, you didnt bring this here Avryce, I did, against everyone's best wishes, but we all know what a hard head I am. That as well as the fact I like seeing people get what they deserve.

As it seems right now you're mindlessly defending your friends in PE. As of this time I have no problem with how PE leadership is handling this. GM's at present have done nothing.

Scroll up a little you'll see some more posting from the log I had running at that time. In conclusion though considering lodizals HP the fact I was using a one hander and when mem blur occrued druid dots/nukes/warrior damage could easily out do the rogue who was doing most of the attacking.

My suggestion is grow a pair and suck less at internet videogames.
