Wish I understood what they were saying, but it's not a requirement for enjoying it.

There's a subtitle track you can load into your mediaplayer.

Get the Div-X encoded one if you want subtitles.

I quickly tried to grab the SVCD version of this posted above, and my Bit Torrent client gave me an error along the lines of "HASH code not recognized by this client." It cancelled the download. I'll try again tonight.
