you're probably forgetting to uncheck the 'Disable HTML in this post' box.. it's on by default

but i'm not sure if all tags are allowed

Only a few html tags are... bold, italic, pre, embed, and object I think ... (embed/object for flash sigs) .. I fixed your sig for ya but the path seems to not show the image... check that and it should work fine.
