Any good .css people????

No holds barred discussion. Someone train you and steal your rare spawn? Let everyone know all about it! (Not for the faint of heart!)

#links {text-transform:uppercase; width: 100%; border-bottom:3px solid red; text-align:center;

background-color: #FFFFF0}
td {font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size:8pt; border-style:groove;

border-width:5px; border-color:red}

#calendar {float:right; border-style:groove; border-width:10px; border-color:red;

vertical-align:top}
td {width:65px; background-color:white; font-size:8pt; border-style:solid;

border-width:1px; border-color:blue}
th {background-color:#ADD8E6; font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;

border-style:solid; border-width:1px; border-color:blue}
th.prev {background-color:white; background-image: none; border-style:none}
th.next {background-color:white; background-image: none; border-style:none}

<p>Welcome in the new year at the Chamberlain Civic Center. You
can first say goodbye to the old year with the <b>New Year's Eve
Bash</b>, featuring some of the best live music in the area. After
you've recovered, return the next day with your family for games
and events at the <b>Family Fun Day</b>. Two days at the CCC not
to be missed!</p>
<p>You can close out the twelve days of Christmas by attending the
<b>Nutcracker</b>, the CCC's annual holiday treat. Celebrate Martin
Luther King's birthday, by attending Samuel Dawson's memorable
and moving one-man show.</p>
<p>If you love music and song, CCC's January offerings excel. First
enjoy the blues music of the legendary <b>John Taylor</b> on January
8th. Then, be sure to book tickets for <b>New York Oratorio</b>,
with New York City's world-acclaimed city choir. You can end
January with the mellow sounds of the always-popular, <b>George
Alston</b></p>

<p>The Irish Singers join us this month for our always popular
Sunday brunches. Be sure to book your table early.</p>

So that the beginning table of links ("links") has a red border, with a solid red 3 px bar underneath, and the main table ( "calendar") has a blue table border set with a larger red/black groove border. I can only seem to get one set of td to work

Not sure if this is exactly what you had in mind, but look and see. =)

I cleaned up that messy, messy code of yours too! ;)

The selected attachment does not exist anymore.

nm, there it is

I don't think that's what he's wanting. I might be wrong, but I think he's wanting the blue borders on the td's on the links table red and only the table itself have the one bottom border. Don't ask me what I just said because it confuses me too.

if you were walking around and you came upon a tulip with tits, would you let it be for the rest of the world to enjoy.. or would you pick it and carry it off to a secluded area to motorboat them?
