Is anyone making/selling this armor on Veeshan?

I believe the key part to make each piece drops in the Plane of Earth.

I have successfully made earth and fire elemental silk armor (robes, gloves, pants) but I simply cannot make the leather armor because the drop rates for the needed components are rather non-existant. Until SOE decides to actually increase drop rates, don't plan on ever seeing any leather tailored armor from the elemental planes.
