Get my Magelo to work in my signature? I would love to have it like some people have it where you click on their name and it's a link to their magelo.

When you post, in the lower left corner, there is a link that says BBcode is on. When you click on it, it gives you all the info for the things you can do.

(or as forthe showed, you can do plain html, and there's a million resources for that)
