How far does the similarity to Rage Against The Machine go? Does every single song on the album have some kind of activist message to it? If no I might actually give it a shot.

Tom Morello is one of my favorite guitarists. I can't wait to check this out.

Watched it on youtube, was a good performance. It helped quite a bit that they had the Roots playing with them too

Still not sure how a retard like Fallon got the Roots as his house band.

I dig this. Not to the "jizz your pants" level, but it's pretty good. It could use more left-wing activist messaging, though (not that it's not in there). A pro-Zapatista song would do wonders for this album!

That's absolutely not what it needs, it's what stopped me from liking Rage more.

I like this cd, but I actually gave The Coup a listen too cause I'd never heard of them. I've listened to most of the Genocide and Juice album and it's pretty good! Reminds me a lot of the Pharcyde.

EDIT: Just got to Santa Rita Weekend, I didn't know Spice 1, MC Eiht and E-40 were in it! Spice and MC Eiht are two of my favorites.

"Steal This Album" is really good, too. It actually won a couple Album of the Year lists and got a lot more critical acclaim, but "Genocide and Juice" reminds me of high school and has more sentimental value for me.
