Noam Chomsky

Post by Leonaerd »

I recently began to familiarize myself with the man, and find that his anarchist leanings are coincidentally similar to my own anti-red/blue political leanings. I don't even know where to start.

Saw him give a lecture a few months ago. The man is super smart. A must read, regardless of your political leanings.

A card dealer calling one of the most prominent intellectuals of the last century "a bit whacky."

Get a grip!

A card dealer probably sees more whackjobs than at any other profession.

I've yet to meet a real intellectual who wasn't more than a little wacky.

Did some nice things when he was younger, before he started spewing out his political nonsense.

Noam fucking Chomsky!

This reminds me of the Count of Monte Cristo, when Desmond is initially betrayed by dickface, and his reasoning for turning him in is, "Because you're the son of a clerk! I shouldn't want to be you."

So now all that needs to happen is Xyun be locked up in prison for a few years while Nick fucks his women. Good news for Xyun is you'll find an assload of loot after you prove yourself in a knife fight against pirates!

Predictably, "internet critic/dramaturg" would be an accurate representation of my current jobs.

Chomsky's still awesome though, and if you disagree, well fuck you! :D
