This is a good looking and fun game. It was released yesterday for 15$ on PSN and I think everyone should give it a shot. It's getting 9/10 and 10/10 reviews.

It was made by 4 people. Very cool stuff.

It might come out for the 360 someday. But for now it's only on PS3. I thought I read somewhere a few months ago that MS initially passed on it or something and Sony ponied up some development dollars so that's when it made the jump to PS3? if so whoever made that decision at MS were poopyheads. If you watch early videos, even the Sony branded trailer from a couple months ago, you'd see the 360 controller prompts in there which I thought was a bit funny.

Yeah, at PAX east they were demoing it on 360. I think they even had a Wii version at one time. However, Sony is the one that shelled out the cash! I also agree that MS was pretty stupid to pass on this given the huge success of Trials HD.

I actually bought Trials HD when it was on sale. I haven't really played it since then as even some of the early levels got me frustrated. JD sounds like it's a bit 'easier' in that regard. More fun, in other words. At least from my perspective.

This is when I tell you I played 15 minutes of this last night at a friend's house, multiplayer only. I've been trying to DL this all day on my PS3 and PSN has been down the last 12 hours. Really? 12 hours? Ugh.

They must be getting that premium service ready or something.

This is better than Trails HD IMO. Much, much better actually.

It's pretty much just what it looks like you're hoping for Aslanna. It's simply a hell of a lot more fun and drops the hardcore craziness. I spent about 2 hours with the game last night. It's really a great arcade game. Perhaps one of the best!

I suggest you DL the Trails HD track pack if you liked the first couple of levels of Trials (before it got soul-crushingly hard). It adds a decent amount of the starting and mid-tier tracks to play and was worth the price.
