Screw Lucas. (wasn't bad). Lost Boys was a classic.

I would have put my money on Corey Feldman dying first.

38. Young. Reportedly history of heavy drug use.

Both of them have struggled with addiction since the 90s. Apparently Feldman got sober a couple years back--has a wife and kid, etc. Apparently, that was not the case with Haim.

Very sad. Being exposed to that lifestyle at such an early age has a pretty awful survival rate.

I saw License to Drive in the theater.

I just noticed Heather Graham was the female lead in that movie.

I am not sure if I told this story before, but I saw Corey Feldman outside a club in LA. He actually was the one to say hi to me. Very nice guy and seemed completly sober. He was a lot more sober then most of my group and seemed to enjoy talking with people. I then pulled the Douche move, told him the gym had The Goonies on while I was working out that day. (Which was actually true) and I had forgotten how good it was. I regretted it immediately, seemed such a rube thing to say, but he made me feel ok, saying he loved being in that movie.

I am not surprised that Corey Haim died, watched a few minutes of his short lived "Corey's" show and you could tell he was using often.

I enjoyed The Two Coreys on A&E, which Tyek mentioned. The show was dominated by Haim's addiction(s) and self-destructive behavior. This is sad, but I'm not surprised that it happened. Even after over 20 years of drug use, I don't think he ever truly got past the denial stages of addiction.

My wife used to draw pictures of her and Corey Haim playing tennis together, so she was understandably upset about the news of his passing.
