Droga vs. Echo for PLing?

I've never played in Echo, how does it compare to Droga for PLing and/or leveling?

Echo is convenient, Droga/Nurga aren't. I'm trying to get a cleric from 34-40(ish). She's dual boxed with a ranger for tankage(!) right now, and CC is slowing down quite a bit.

I'd say Echo for the better exp, but droga is nice if you are working on Chardok faction
