This show is on G4, and it takes idiots, has them eat food and such, then engage in activites that will eventually make them vomit. The last person to blow chunks is the "winner" and gets $1000 and can say they threw up on national television.
It gets better. The entire point of the show is like driving by a car wreck. You don't want to look, but you just can't help it. It's human nature. Some people will make a point to watch it, while others will stop channel surfing when they see it, and they will stare at the sheer spectacle and audacity of the show's concept. Here's the kicker though... they don't even show the vomit. Nope. It is covered with little animations, denying the money shot of the entire concept.
So, not only is is just plain disgusting, it denies the car wreck they advertise. Of course, I'm betting the microphone will catch every single grunt and wet splash.
Seriously? Did this need to be made? Or am I just being a prude?

Re: Hurl
I just started getting G4 last week, so I'm not too familiar with the channel, but... what does this have to do with tech?

They changed their format (last year maybe?) to be "shows inspired by video games and gaming culture". G4 is basically TV that can be played in the background while gaming.
Having said that, I absolutely love Attack of the Show. Kevin Pereira and Olivia Munn have great chemistry. It's like watching E!'s Talk Soup, except it has 2 hosts and it's about video games, technology, and Internet culture. Olivia Munn really is a hot young lady. I really like Kevin Pereira too. He's perfect for the job he has. You can tell he is a hardcore gamer and techno geek.
Attack of the Show is so much better than X-Play. I kind of hate that show becasue the hosts get under my skin.

G4 lost a lot of what made it a good network when they merged G4TechTV. Eventually they dropped the TechTV tag again, but shows like g4tv.com, Judgement Day, and a few other intensely game oriented shows were taken off. Olivia Munn was a great addition to the G4 cast though.
Code Monkeys has some really good episodes though if you ever happen to catch it on.
