Dude, have you ever seen Yoda fight? If he wounded 19 and killed only one, it's because he wanted to teach them a lesson.
What's more likely is the one he killed was a Sith apprentice studying genocide methods.
(all tongue in cheek. I think killing/wounding UN Peacekeepers, and in fact the entire Darfur situation, is deplorable and I do not mock the event itself, merely the reporting of it)
