I played the demo. Same old, same old. The camera really sucks ass.

It looked good, but I can't imagine myself button mashing my way through the enter game. Hell, I didn't even finish the demo.

The guys on the 1UP podcast didn't like it (same as first game for the most part)

Team Ninjas lead designer is leaving/left the company so this game probably didn't get much effort put into it since it appears Tomonobu Itagaki is going to be suing his old company for one reason or another.

I absolutely loved the first gmae and really liked what I saw in the demo. I don't think I would drop 60$ in it however. Maybe I can trade in stuff to get the price lowered. I've finished The World Ends with You and don't exepct to be popping in CoD4 again...

I played the demo and loved it, but I'm not shelling out 60 for it. I never even played the first one, so I grabbed that one used for like 10 bucks (a bit pricey for an old xbox game usually they are 3-4 bucks, but beats renting it for 8). I'll wait until a used copy pops up. I'm so glad I waited to get my xbox 360...now I get to take advantage of all the cheap used games :)

I also loved the first game, and played it more than any xbox game other than halo/halo 2. As far as them not changing much: the only differences I would want to see is new boss fights, all the other gameplay mechanics can stay the same (if it ain't broke don't fix it). The level of difficulty mid game in the first Ninja Gaiden was amazing. Some of the fights were so hard, but so fun, I never got frustrated and stopped playing. Going to grab the demo tonight (since my xbox does demo's fine, just not loading xbox games!), and try it out.
