With all the movie buffs on this board I'm surprised I haven't heard someone mention this game.
This is a great party game or to play with anyone that has a general knowledge of movies. There are five or so different mini trivia games integrated into either short or long play games.
Some of the trivia rounds:
-watch a video clip and then answer questions about the clip, both things like name of movie, actors, etc as well as memory recall (what color shirt was such and such wearing, etc)
-complete quotes from movies or guess what movie a quote is from.
-presented with four movies, place them in chronological order
-slowly presented with clues (random things like music creator, director, location, actors in the movie, easier clues as the points count down) guess the movie or actor, etc.
-props, see an item from a movie and then get tips as to what movie it came from, buzz in and answer.
-missing person. you are presented with a movie scene with the people erased (their clothes and everything else remain), name the movie or actor, ect.
In the long play, the game makes it a little harder each round. The first round there might not be a penalty for a wrong answer while in the later rounds you lose points for answering incorrectly
There are 2,000 trivia questions. The game is smart enough to record the questions that have been asked and not ask them again until all 2K questions are exhausted.
I'm not sure if 2,000 questions sounds like a lot or not to you but in playing it last weekend with a friend, we played two long mode games and didn't go though too many. I can't image we went through more than 50-70 or so. The game must use the full 7GB of space as there are a lot of movie clips.
The game comes with its own Buzzer controllers but the normal 360 controller is better IMO as it's true wireless instead of infrared requiring direct sight to the 360 console. (it's the four letter buttons with the D-Pad as the Buzz-In button)
I think this has plenty of questions to own it but it's probably a good rental as well if you marathon it all weekend or something.
Excellent if you're a movie buff and like trivia games.

Re: Scene It? Lights, Camera, Action (360)
I played it quite a bit when I first got it, but haven't played it since. I had a lot of fun with it, and liked most of the question types (except sequentials, they suck.)
The only problem is there are not that many questions, after playing it for a few weekends in a row we knew all the answers by heart. Once in a while we would get a new question but not very often.
I was kind of thinking/hoping that they would release some expansion packs with more new questions but no luck with that so far.
It's a fun party game, buy it if that's what you want and money isn't an issue (or you download it like winnow), otherwise I might suggest renting.

My wife and I bought it for the holidays and it made for great fun at a family gathering.
We pull it out every now and again and play a game or two.
