As I recall, in MN if they are > 13 and you're less than 4 years older, that's also legal, or something along those lines. Certainly if she was 15 and he was 18 there'd be no crime in MN.

Reality is, if the child doesn't make a complaint, and you're not persued by the parents, you're not going to get charged anyway.
