Hay Seahawks
Same teams, same results....except this time the Steelers were missing half of their defense and both starting WRs. Holmgren still sucks at clock management. The Steelers stil ground them down. Ike Taylor still picked off Hasselbeck. The Steelers still whipped your asses and sent you nancy NFC fags home....this time with a shutout to boot. Suck a cock Holmgren you whining fuckstain.
Re: Hay Seahawks
You know, I forgot to make a post about this last week. I was getting sick all week listening to all the "REVENGE REVENGE REVENGE" quotes and interviews on NFL network.
I still can't believe that no media folk had the brains to think, "Hey, you know, maybe the Steelers Players are sick of hearing how they shouldn't have won, and are out for blood to prove the victory."
I guess what I'm getting at is, Seattle, can you just let it go now? AFC>NFC.

Re: Hay Seahawks
The "lowly" Cardinals beat both the Steelers and Seahawks.
Speaking of the NFC (West), my Avatar bet with Pherr is looking good. I don't see the 49ers finishing ahead of Arizona.

Re: Hay Seahawks
Congrats to the Cards for managing to score 14 points on offense against us. I pray every night that the Card make it to the Super Bowl this year against Pitt for a rematch. That would be the easiest 6th ring I could even possibly envision.
Re: Hay Seahawks
Bah, this post strictly refers to the moaning and groaning of the last year and a half since the Super Bowl XL from Seahawks fans.
But since you brought it up (like every other sports thread)...
There's a lot of season left, and I don't like to talk poorly about the Cards this year because Whisenhunt is my boy...but good luck against the Redskins...or better yet, good luck with the rest of your road schedule. I'm thinking yesterday might be your only road win, with possibly another against the Saints.

Re: Hay Seahawks
Do they need to win another road game? If they win at home, one road win will get them to 9-7 and the playoffs most likely. Beating the Saints on the road (entirely possible) would be 10-6.Kluden wrote: I'm thinking yesterday might be your only road win, with possibly another against the Saints.
With Whisenhunt running the show, the Cardinals are a different team. Last minute field goals determined both road game losses at S.F and Baltimore. The 49'ers blow, but Baltimore is a pretty solid team. My biggest concern now is Warner going down with Leinart out 6-8 weeks.
Re: Hay Seahawks
Now now...Baltimore is only a smidgen better than the 49ers...look at their score yesterday in their game. Abyssmal. Trent Dilfer....
And agreed, and I hope its true, that 9-7 is good enough in the NFC for a wild card, and possibly the NFC West, for a playoff birth. Again, I hope for nothing but the best for Whisenhunt. He had my vote for the Steelers job.

and threw up in your mouths when playing the Steelers!
Re: Hay Seahawks
I blame that to lack of team chemistry due to shitty qb's (read: frye). And I pray that I'm right!

and the Seahawks are laughable. anytime for the next 5 years that they make the playoffs just means they were the least retarded kid on the short bus. they were in the worst division in the NFL until the NFC south decided to shit itself until it died of dehydration ... ugly

Fuck Michigan!
Re: Hay Seahawks
I really need Marion Barber to give me some points this week but other than that wish, I see Dallas losing by a substantial margin to the Patriots.
Dallas would be a better team if they stopped using Julious Jones so much.

Re: Hay Seahawks
It seems to be that everyone but the Cowboys management agrees with this. I had to trade Barber to Sueven for Jon Kitna (god's quarterback) in my league because of Drew Brees and Matt Leinart being gigantic let downs, so I kinda hope he does badly (as well as hating Dallas more than any other sports team).Winnow wrote:I really need Marion Barber to give me some points this week but other than that wish, I see Dallas losing by a substantial margin to the Patriots.

Last I checked, the opponents Dallas had played were a combined 6-19, so i'm pretty excited to see how well they do against the monster Patriots. I think the Patriots will blow them out of the water, but that might be because I really like Randy Moss. Bill Simmons posted a link to an article from the raiders coach/offensive coordinators who went on a rant about how Randy Moss was done in football, and would completely fail as a Pat. Guess that's why neither of them have a job in the NFL any more.

Was this the same coach that was working at some bed and breakfast prior to taking the raiders job? good grief.Aardor wrote:I think the Patriots will blow them

I think so, or that person was the offensive coordinator. I can't find the article now for some reason, maybe it wasn't in one of his links of the week.

Re: Hay Seahawks
The pats really have not played anyone either. They played the Jets, Chargers, Bills, Browns, and Bengals. That is a combined 7-17 record. Now the Pats should win this game, but people need to get off the New England cock and realize they are not some perfect juggernaut. They have a ridiclously easy division and possibly the easiest schedule in the NFL this year. They have 4 total games this year agaisnt quality opponents....even if they split those they should be 13-3 at minimum. The true test will be when they hit the playoffs without their cheating cameras.
btw....am I alone in laughing about the Raiders being alone in 1st in the AFC West right now?

I think it's hilarious...these things happen when you get rid of Art Shell and the best team in your division hires Norv Turner.Kilmoll the Sexy wrote:
