Definitely disgusting... good for him though.
The Stax system is a joke though, it's not a weight loss system, it's a cooler with tupperware inside, WOW!

Re: Losing flab
I was thinking the same thing. "Timer so you don't ever miss a meal" I think not missing a meal is what got people in the condition they are in already. If you know what I mean.

Re: Losing flab
I understand the joke you were making, but missing a meal seriously drops your metabolism and puts your body into starvation mode. When you have your next meal, a good portion of it is immediately stored as fat, because your body isn't sure when it's going to be fed again.Bubba Grizz wrote:I was thinking the thing. Combine this with a diet system of eating very small portions 5 or 6 times a day to keep your metabolism high, and a meal timer becomes very important.

What I was thinking is that you don't get to be over 600 lbs by missing meals. Infact, I think you get to be 600 lbs by having a lot of meals that contain a lot of food. I understand what you are talking about. I don't think you will have to worry about adding a timer to remind people when to eat so much as how long they have to wait before they can eat.
