Real player to Windows Media

Hey guys, looking for an answer so maybe you guys can help..

I'm trying to see if theres a way to convert a Real player video to Windows media format.. Never really tried so not too sure where to look so as usual I'll turn here..

THere are probably a hundred different programs out there to do it. Most of them cost money but you can usually find a free trial period somewhere.
