The Departed
Go see this movie. I found it to be a very well made movie with superb acting. The only movie ive ever had this much fun watching has been Snatch, and thats saying a lot.
This movie puts you through so much suspense, and by the end i was pissed.
Go see it... seriously.

Saw it a few hours ago, and I must concur. It was great. I've never seen the original (Infernal Affairs) so I can't compare it to that... but as a stand-alone movie (instead of a remake), I can only give this massive praise.
As mentioned, the acting was excellent - I found the characters very likable, especially Alec Baldwin's. Kind of reminded me of his character Blake in Glengarry Glen Ross (his screentime was small, or smaller than I'd like, but what was there was hilarious). There was definitely a good deal of suspense, and as for the ending...

Fair enough~ Honestly, though, I think DiCaprio definitely gave one of his best performances - and the rest of the cast followed in suit. Mark Wahlberg's character drew several laughs, Baldwin was hilarious, Nicholson was his usual self, Matt Damon did really well. Martin Sheen's character was somewhat forgettable, but I would credit that to the script and not the actor.

If it is, that is just about all I can think of in regards to it. They still alive? And why did I watch a movie called internal affairs that wasn't porn? Was it porn? I am confused. well, at least Matt Damon is in this. He was awesome in Titanic along with Ben Afflack.

Saw this tonight, I thought it was great.
Couple twists in it that I didn't see coming, probably more that I didn't realize than things that I did.
I'm not a huge Leonardo fan, but I thought he did really well in this movie.

Every time I see him I want to rip his head off and shit down his throat. Just rubs me the wrong way. Too bad too because I really like Damon and Wahlberg.

Decent movie. High body count. Some I saw coming some I didn't.
What was in the envelope Billy gave to Madolyn? I must have missed that. Or it wasn't explained.
Other than that I didn't have a problem with any of the characters in the movie. Even if there's a certain actor I don't like I wont avoid seeing a movie just because they have a part in it. That's just dumb. Especially in a movie like this with a fairly large cast.
8.5/10

I loved this movie, but I didn't like the ending too much.
Just my opinion though, the acting was great, even Leo did a good job.
