Does anyone else like this band/group? Their new cd is really well done as a bunch of rappers who really don't take themselves too seriously at all. It reminds me a lot of Pharcyde, which should say a lot. If you like that kind of music, definately check it out.

Hmm, if you say they remind you of the pharcyde I might have to check it out.. As I checked this post I have "runnin" by the pharcyde playing on my pc.

I just dl'ed a bunch of their songs yesterday. I agree with what Zamtuk said, though they've got more of a live-instruments feel, rather than just samples and drum machines like the Pharcyde did. Or maybe I'm tripping... I only listened to it once yesterday. I'll try agin now.

They aren't as good as Pharcyde, but really, who is? I give it a thumbs up.

I was speaking more lyrically than musically as far as the Pharcyde comparison. You hit their instrumental feel head on though.

Oh, I concur with your lyrical assessment. Self-deprecating, talking about more day-to-day stuff that everybody can relate to, rapping "love songs" etc.
