A true prisoner to fashion.Authorities on the Northshore arrested a 16-year-old Monday on several outstanding warrants, including armed robbery and carjacking.
The teen was part of a group that beat up a 35-year-old man on Nov. 2 and took his valuables and pants, police said.
He's also accused of attacking a man with a brick at Peter Atkins Park so he could steal the victim's car.
Officers spotted the suspect at about 4 p.m. and chased him down. Although he tried to get away, police said, his baggy pants thwarted his escape.
