I am looking for a web page counter but not sure what is good. I have counters on two pages right now but I think it is counting each time someone comes to the site as opposed to either page. I also noticed that if I hit refresh it counts a tick on the counter. Is there anything out there?
Or baring that, can anyone explain how to read webstats in some detail? Can I tell how many people have been to the page compared to the multiple hits per person?

Can you get to your logs? If so, I've always liked AWStats for log parsing. It provides a wealth of information.

Wow I downloaded this and looked at the awstats_setup.html and I have to admit I am lost. Big learning curve here. I have no clue how to use this.
The instructions are assuming that I have my own server that I am hosting pages on. I go through Powweb. I am not sure how they would feel about me putting this up. Is it as simple as uploading the extracted contents onto my site and then running the setup script?
