I can't find the bloody option where I enable html code.
And I don't mean in my own posts. Winnow and Kylere have started to use it and I just see garbled html.

I don't know if there's an option to turn it on but there are check boxes when you are making a new post or reply that ask you if you want HTML and other things active or inactive within your post.
Are you using Firefox or something? Works ok in IE!

I use IE and your recent post about giganews usage was all messed up for me as well. Totally unreadable!

Please point me in the direction of the offending post so I can take a look at it.

Which version of IE are you on? All of those work fine for me on 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.050301-1526

6.0.2800.1106C0 on Win2000. It didn't display at home either. I have XP there and the latest version of IE6+SP2+Fixes.
(Oh and I am using the default subsilver theme. Or whatever it's called. If that matters any. I'm not using the red/pink/salmon/champagne theme. Assuming that one is still available. Didn't see any option for changing themes.)

hmmm, maybe some sort of security setting?
Try editing my giganews post, copying the code and creating a new post. Uncheck the "enable html" button if it's checked. Maybe it's a workaround.
Does it show in the left hand column under the emoticons that "HTML is ON ? (when creating a new post?)

OK, now that's pretty fucked up.
I copy pasted your giganews post and unchecked 'disable html' and it previewed garbage. Then I checked 'disable BBCode' and it previewed fine.
When I posted, it posted garbage.

Oh and under options:
Options
HTML is ON
BBCode is ON
Smilies are ON
by default

Just an update.
Under: Profile Settings >> Posting
I changed the Always allow HTML option to YES and it works fine now.
