I've studied acrobatics for a couple years and a lot of those tricks aren't to difficult to pull off. The flips are really easy to do once you get use to shifting your center of balance. With that said I would be scared shitless of doing backflips onto solid pavement like that.

The transition between a lot of those tricks was very smooth. Well made.
