If you look back through the forum posts over the past few years, I've been a Bengals supporter for awhile. I have to pick a team each year besides the Cardinals to follow if I want to remain interested during the playoffs!
The Bengals have as good an offense as the Colts IMO but they are really going to need some luck on the defensive side of the ball to hang with the Colts in a playoff game. They've been giving up bucketloads of points the last two games.
It will be the Colts or Bengals coming out of the AFC imo. Denver sucks in December and Pittsburg seems to be missing something this year.

I share your optimism Winnow. Im rather confident theyll make the playoffs now. Its not a done deal yet. But they have 3 very winnable games remaining. But, looking forward to the playoffs, I see major trouble for the Bengals.
I think Jax will face New England in one Wild Card Game. The other will most likely pit the Bengals against either KC or SD. Bengals two major weaknesses are Run D and covering the Tight End.
KC = Larry Johnson and Tony Gonzalez.
SD = LT and Antonio Gates.
Neither is a good matchup for the Bengals.
I hope to god Jax stumbles a tad and drops to the 6th seed so the Bengals get to face them.
Of course SD and KC both have brutal schedules. Pitt could still win out and take that final spot. And I dont really wish for a 3rd meeting with Pitt this year.

The Steelers haven't had a consistent runner all season. The Bus is doing well for an old man, but Deuce and the new kid have been out for various minor things all season. If all three are healthy, and Big Ben's thumb heals up, fear them.
