The up is where you kill me. I get 11+mbit down but only 1.25mbit up. It's better to receive than to give! Sadly, 1.25mbit is better than most get in the U.S. currently.

When on DC++, I always seek out the Scandinavian sounding names because I know I'll be able to grab the files fast!

You do have the advantage on sites like Pirate Bay though because half of the comments are in Euro-speak that make as much sense to me as something written by Jessie Jackson.

I never was able to get DC++ to work properly, so i gave up, annoying since i can find so much old stuff there apparently, but too bad for you americans! You cannot share in my ultra huge bandwidth then.

Now give me access to your harddrive so i can download all your stuffs!

Ireland is the size of New Jersey, and i'm willing to bet the internet infrastructure in New Jersey is better than that in Ireland. by a lot.

interesting Ireland tidbit. Second highest per capita income in the EU, behind only Luxembourg which shouldn't count.
